25.5.2010 - 26.5.2010
After just one year's break, the
Giro d'Italia returns to Mount Kronplatz - this time with a spectacular hill race which will once again push the athletes to their very limits. 25 May 2010 will be the big day for all cycle race fans: On a steep
12.9 km, the cyclists will race from
St. Vigil in Enneberg up to the
Furkel Pass and all the way on to
Mount Kronplatz (2275 m), where slopes of up to 24% will make sure that only the very best are among the first.
The following day will also be dedicated entirely to cycling: On
26 May, the
17th stage sends the athletes off from
Bruneck across the lower
Pustertal valley on their way to the next destination.
Don't miss these two spectacular days at our very own Grand Tour, the Giro d'Italia!
