The Kronplatz – this is the sunny south, the one you can also smell and taste! You can smell fresh Cappuccino, fried bacon, tasteful mushrooms or the aroma of noble wine. On the Kronplatz cheese melts on “Schlutzkrapfen” (ravioli-like parcels filled with spinach), and hefty South Tyrolean dishes mix with the light Mediterranean and Ladin cuisine.
