Rasun in Valle d'Anterselva - Rasen im Antholzertal Valley

The two picturesque villages of Rasun di Sotto and Rasun di Sopra (Nieder- and Oberrasen) lie just at the beginning of the Anterselva-Antholzertal Valley, a valley which is surrounded by deep green forests and the high mountains of the Riesenferner and the Hochgall (3,440 m). At the end of the valley you find a wonderfully situated lake, the Anterselva Valley-Antholzer Wildsee, and via the border crossing Passo Stalle-Stallersattel you reach another lake, the Obersee, and from there you arrive at the neighbouring Defreggental Valley (Austria).
