My kid is a skiing beginner (3 years old). I wanted to teach her in one of your so claimed "children ski parks", but in my disappointment are this parks reserved only for your ski schools. So I had to teach her in the middle of the ski slope with all the other skiers passing us by - no protection. So I have a question – why do you have these parks if other people cannot use them? By the way – I’m a certified ski instructor.

we were 8 days at Kronplatz and it was great even if there was no much snow around the runs were perfect and we had sunny and great time, can't wait to come back :)next year

Just spent a week at Kronplatz (9th to 16th Feb 08) and despite the lack of fresh snow the runs were kept in tip-top condition. All the staff in the area were really nice and helpful, the hotel was fantastic in all respects food, services, facilities etc... One drawback was the total arrogance and self centeredness of some of the holiday makers who like to bully young kids, push in at lifts and on the ski buses but, they didn't like to be pushed back. At the end of the day, there's generally enough of everything for everyone so perhaps a little more chilled out approach is needed on their part.
