The name and surname and/or the photo of the bearer.
The person who signs for a free photo-bearing ski pass on behalf of a child (whose age must be documented), accepts liability for anything that may occur when the child uses any lift facilities under his or her direct supervision. The person who signs also declares to be aware of the provisions to be complied with by lift users.
A valid identity card or passport is required to obtain reductions for senior citizens and children. Auto certified documents of any type will not be accepted.
The ski pass’ duration cannot be changed and a valley ski pass cannot be exchanged for a Dolomiti Superski one or vice versa.
The bearer is responsible for keeping the ski pass in good condition.
Withdrawn and damaged ski passes will neither be reimbursed nor replaced by new ones.
When requested by lift attendants or Dolomiti Superski inspectors, the bearer must show his or her ski pass to permit their identification.
If a ski pass is misused or in particular exchanged, it will immediately be revoked and declared null and void. Legal action will then be taken, conforming with both the Criminal and Civil Code.
The unit card is not a personal card and it is only valid in the season in which it has been issued.
The ski pass and unit card, as transport documents, serve as a tax receipt (decree of 30/06/92) and must be retained throughout the transportation.
No guarantee is given that all lift facilities are in operation nor that all ski slopes are usable on any DOLOMITI SUPERSKI nominated areas. Some lifts may be closed and some ski runs limited in use at the beginning and close of the season (after 24/03/2009). The Skipass shall be accepted up to 19/04/2009 on lifts which service quality snow covered slopes.
The classification of the slopes is only an indication and no guarantee is given that all slopes are usable. It is forbidden to use the slopes outside the permissible times for safety reasons.
The validity of the seasonal ski pass is guaranteed until the 24/03/2009, except for those provisions covering lift operation and the condition of the slopes given in the aforementioned point 11. If snow conditions and numbers of skiers justify the operation of lifts after this date, seasonal ski passes will be accepted until 19/04/2009 by the lifts in operation.
Only in the case of skiing accidents is it possible to receive a partial reimbursement of unused ski passes. Reimbursement will take place in the days following the return of the ski pass. In the interest of the injured, the ski pass should be returned as soon as possible to the ski pass sales offices only. A request for reimbursement will thus be accepted only if accompanied by the returned ski pass and a medical certificate (issued by a physician practising in the Dolomiti Superski area or by the hospital where the injured person has been taken to.) The certificate must stat that the bearer has been injured to an extent that he or she cannot continue to ski. The reimbursement is calculated based on how many days have already been used by the bearer and this procedure is also valid for the seasonal ski passes. Daily ski passes cannot be reimbursed. Those who accompany the injured person do not have any right to a reimbursement.
Skiers ski at their own risk. Each skier must behave in such a way as not to cause injury or damage to other persons or property. Skiers must adjust their pace according to their own capabilities, the conditions of the terrain, visibility, the quality of the snow, and must strictly adhere to the sign-postings.
