The big challenge of promoting and training the young talents of the four Kronplatz ski clubs (St. Vigil in Enneberg, Olang, Bruneck and St. Lorenzen) in order to prepare them for the regional and national skiing teams has become the key goal of the Kronplatz Ski Team members, who have been choosing and coaching the very best young skiers for a career in professional skiing for over 5 years.

Two coaches (Klaus Kastlunger from St. Vigil in Enneberg and Simon Dapoz from La Val - Wengen) have taken on the ambitious task of preparing promising athletes for a wide variety of races (e.g. FinstralCup, FIS Youth, Junior Italian, European and World Cup races, FIS races). A number of skiers, like Sara Pramstaller from Bruneck, have already made it onto the national team.

The success of the local Ski Team would not be possible without its many supporters, especially its main sponsor KRONPLATZ, the proud patron of its local heroes. Among the team's loyal supporters and sponsors are also Audemars Piguet, ITAS insurances, Südtiroler Sparkasse and Pompadour.
