Located in the heart of the world famous DOLOMITES, the Pragser Tal valley exudes a unique charm and an almost magnetic pull. By taking advantage of public transport, visitors and guests can comfortably and relaxingly visit this Alpine paradise whilst also making a contribution to protecting the environment of this idyllic UNESCO World Heritage gem. After all, our environment is a precious commodity that deserves protection.

 

IMPORTANT:  From 10.07. to 10.09.2021 between 9.30 AM and 4.00 PM the Pragser Tal valley can only be reached by public transportation, on foot, by bicycle or on presentation of a parking space reservation or a valid transit permit.
From 10.07. to 10.09.2021, the shuttle service to Pragser Wildsee lake (routes 439 and 442) requires advance online booking and prepayment. Once the shuttle is fully booked, you can no longer access the lake by shuttle.

Exceptions:
· Transit permits for customers of restaurants, shops and other service providers in the Pragser Tal valley are issued. The reservation of restaurants can be made on braies.bz/ticket. The customers pay a disposit of 20 €, which will be credited against consumption.
· Holidaymakers visiting the Pragser Tal valley receive a travel permit for the entire duration of their stay.

   FROM THE ANTHOLZERTAL TO THE PRAGSER WILDSEE LAKE

From 10.07. - 10.09.2021

Take the bus line 431 to Valdaora/Olang railway station, then by train to Monguelfo/Welsberg. There starts the shuttle (line 439) to the Pragser Wildsee Lake.
 

IMPORTANT: It requires an advance online booking and prepayment. The Holidaypass is not valid on the shuttle 439.

BUS + TRAIN + BUS

Take the bus line 431 to Valdaora/Olang railway station, then by train to Villabassa/Niederdorf. From here, it is a 4-minute walk to the bus stop “Von-Kurz-Platz”. Continue onward with bus line 442 to Pragser Wildsee lake.
The Holidaypass is valid for all specified means of transport.
