When adventure calls in the green forests of the Kronplatz region, then you’ve just got to try it out. Climbing up to the highest of all of the trees, skillfully balancing on a wobbly cable bridge, or just quickly “flying” from one tree to the next.
The Kronplatz region offers a total of four adventure parks. From the small children’s courses, which incidentally are the forerunners in all of South Tyrol-Südtirol, to genuine challenges that already require some strong nerves – as well as a lack of dizziness. The adventure parks are also well situated. Families or groups that are able to try out, among other things, hand-in-hand team training, trust, and communication will find numerous hiking trails and possibilities for excursions around the tightrope courses of the Val Pusteria-Pustertal valley.
It is suspiciously quiet, and totally dark – or almost. Above the pitch-black silhouettes of the pine trees hangs the full moon. Climbing by day is already a genuine challenge, but in the light of the summer full moon? In the “Enzwaldile” Adventure Park in Cadipietra-Steinhaus, special tours are offered on full moon nights. It goes without saying that these take place under expert care and after a precise discussion of the planned route through the course. But it’s okay if it seems a little bit scary.
