MOVE – hike and bike is is an innovative app developed by a team from the Department of Medicine at the University of Padua to help you explore the mountains safely. Using a patented algorithm, the app creates a personalized avatar (MOVEr) based on your characteristics, estimates the time required for each route, and provides you with useful tips for your activity.
Thanks to the collaboration with the tourism associations of Olang and Antholzertal, you can take advantage of this service on the hiking and biking trails in these regions. At the start of the trails, you will find QR codes that connect you directly to the app and the available routes.
MOVE is a tool to support your excursions, but the responsibility for choosing the route and ensuring your safety remains yours. Always assess your physical condition, weather conditions, and equipment before setting off.
